Dr. Crystal Sorg

Dr. Crystal Sorg hails originally from Indiana, but she’s working hard on developing her Southern accent. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry at IUPUI. She followed that up with a certificate in Dental Assisting with Expanded Functions. On graduation, she began a ten-year dental assisting career at Jansen Family Dentistry before entering and completing her DDS at Indiana University School of Dentistry. Dr. Sorg is especially passionate about building relationships with her patients. It’s important to her that they feel comfortable, but also educated about their oral health and what their options are. When she’s not in the dental office, Dr. Sorg enjoys what she refers to as her “”granny hobbies”” including reading, crocheting, and semi-professional napping. She has two sons, two cats, and one husband desperately trying to figure out if he can still become an astronaut.
